In the late 80’s Greenscape Irrigation was founded by two students who at the time were looking for summer employment to pay for University. At that time the students were only working on residential houses. Over the years through hard work and determination, the company has expanded their portfolio to include commercial jobs including warehouses, strip malls, city parks and golf courses. Greenscape services have also grown to encompass storm water management and design.
We have been designing, installing and maintaining underground sprinkler systems and outdoor lighting for both residential and commercial clients in and around the Calgary area for over 25 years. During this time, Greenscape has been able to grow and expand their reputation by always making our customers our top priority. This policy has allowed us to express our quality of work through radio talk shows, as well as being invited to work on the Stampede Dream Yard and to work and consult on innovative storm water park design. Greenscape has an accredited Irrigation Association Design team ready to design any residential, commercial or city spec project. In addition to our residential projects, some of our recent commercial projects include the MacKimmie Tower at the University of Calgary which is a first of it’s kind Leed design in North America. The University District, Calgary Cancer Center which features a green roof, multiple atriums and innovative native landscape. Additional projects for the Calgary Flood Berm, Amazon and the Calgary Airport Authority are ongoing.

A high-quality system requires high quality materials including WiFi controllers and integrated fertilizer systems. Therefore, we continue to be a Rainbird certified installer with complete access to other preferred lines. We have full time Commercial and Residential crews along with service reps and several associate landscape trades that can tackle the toughest jobs to suit our client’s needs.
